Vancouver, British Columbia – December 30, 2025 – Canadian Uranium Corp. (CSE: ) (the CANU “ ”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated November 20, 2025, the Company Company has closed its non-brokered private placement (the “ ”) of 4,000,000 common shares Offering (each, a “ ”) at a price of $0.25 per Share for gross proceeds of $1,000,000.00. Share

All Shares issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the issuance date.

In connection with the closing of the Offering, $64,000 was paid in cash as a finder’s fee.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for the second assignment fee, for exploration work on the Company’s exploration properties and for general working capital.
